About us
Our Philosophy
Focus and Creativity
We believe that business, commercial, and employment disputes deserve the focus and creativity of lawyers who have managed and resolved such challenges in their professional careers.
An Equitable Approach
We also believe that each party deserves a clean slate when they come to Middlesex Mediation. We require that previous settlement discussions not be disclosed unless the parties agree. Prior failed negotiations should not prejudice anyone or be used for tactical advantage.
Comprehensive Experience
The comprehensive experience of our neutrals includes executive employment, intellectual property, product distribution, construction, unfair and deceptive trade practices, environmental, and fiduciary breach claims.
Tested Resolution Techniques
All Middlesex Mediation neutrals have extensive career experiences with ADR. Based on their representation of businesses in complex and sensitive matters, they understand successful resolution techniques.
